Antonia Lofaso

Antonia's food is a way to explore her life. Her food inspires curiosity. This was the result after she stepped outside of the Long Island suburbs and entered the culturally diverse landscape that is Los Angeles. Cavatelli and Carnitas can be found to coexist in harmony with the food menu. This is an idea that has developed through time. All of her dishes are inspired by a distinct vision for the future, as well as reminiscing on the old. Scopa Italian Roots was opened in 2013 by Lofaso who was influenced by her Italian American tradition. The restaurant was greeted with the warmest welcome. The restaurant's take on old-school Italian has been acclaimed by critics as being one of the top places to enjoy Italian cooking located in Los Angeles. Food at Lofaso is authentic, inviting and undeniably delicious. Lofaso apprenticed under culinary legends and absorbed their sophisticated techniques but she never hesitated to make bold decisions to honor her instincts. She was in close contact with many famous people and quickly rose through the ranks in Wolfgang Puck's Spago. In the year 2011, Lofaso partnered with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to debut Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. The home of Lofaso was located in Black Market Liquor Bar and her business alliances. Lofaso was able to achieve the creative spirit she desired by working with her. The goal of Black Market is not to limit itself by any means. It could start with Dill chips and then Shishitos peppers. Then comes a Korean wings and then a meatball course. Antonia provides the overwhelming range of tastes. Lofaso in her entire career, has judged her performance by the degree to which she knows her target audience. In addition, she remains true to who she is. Her unforgettable performance of Top Chef Chicago and Top Chef: All Stars highlighted her uniqueness outside of the kitchen, and her skills are still shining in front of the camera, as an expert judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup and recurring roles on The Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child as well as ABC's Real O'neals. Lofaso published The Busy Mom's Cookbook 100 Easy and Delicious Recipes in 2012, together with Penguin. It also told the story of how she faced challenges while she studied in the French Culinary Institute. She also raised her daughter Xea also. Lofaso maintains that the inspiration behind all of Lofaso's accomplishments is her kitchen. It's through this vein she keeps a steady finger in the pulse. Chefletics changes the way we look at chef wear with its focus on fashion and practicality. Lofaso wants to be true to the goals of her customers. The brand she has developed is Antonia Lofaso Catering to help in achieving that.
